General Terms and Conditions of Business and CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Section 1: General Provisions, Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions of Business (GTCB) govern the contractual relationship between Hans Werner Zillger, chemoLine® (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor") and customers who purchase goods from the website www.chemoLine.de. Furthermore, these GTCB include customer information in accordance with the regulation on requirements to provide information of the German Civil Code (BGB-Infoverordnung). The contractual language is German.
Section 2: Conclusion of Contract

The products on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods. Customer orders can be placed via the Internet or by facsimilie. These orders represent a binding offer on the part of the customer upon the conclusion of a contract of purchase. With the confirmation of receipt, which is immediately sent by e-mail or facsimilie, the acceptance of the product is also confirmed at the same time and the contract of purchase is thus concluded.
Section 3: Storage of Text of Contract

The text of the contract is stored. The order data of the customer is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
Section 4: Delivery Costs

Consumers are obliged to pay for the costs of the return shipment of goods when the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and when the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed a value of 40 euros or, in the case of the price of the object of purchase being higher, the consumer has not yet settled payment in full or made any contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation.
Section 5: Warranty

The warranty on the goods conforms to the statutory provisions.
Section 6: Limitation of Liability

The vendor excludes liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, if these do not affect essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or guarantees or, if claims according to the Product Liability Law are affected. The same applies to breaches of duty of our agents and of our legal representatives.
Section 7: Choice of Applicable Law

All disputes arising from this legal relationship are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. In the case of consumers, this choice of applicable law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted through mandatory legal provisions of the law of the State, in which the consumer has his habitual residence, has not been revoked. The validity of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (UN-Kaufrecht) is excluded.
